Manu 2- Women Artist Exhibition

Bundelkhand Art Society hosted the Manu-2, the second edition of the Manu Exhibition on 5 March 2021. The Society organized the Manu-2 Exhibition in association with Govt. Museum Jhansi.

Manu 2- Women Artist Exhibition is the second edition of the Women Exhibition series. Previously, we launched the Manu (The power of women) Women Artist Exhibition-2020 last year. So, this is the second edition event in 2021. The society hosted this event on 5 & 6 March 2021.

Gold Medalist

The Bundelkhand Art Society again gave away 5 gold medals 3 Manu Awards of Honor in this event too. In fact, our selection committee selected the following artists for Gold Medals:

Swati Dravid (Indore)
Ritika Jain (Indore)
Preeti Verma (Chitrakoot)
Hemlata Verma (Jhansi)

Manu Awards Of Honor

Our selection team chose three names for the Manu Awards of Honor. So, these three name are:

Dr. Kanchan Jayswal- For the Social Justice & Empowerment of women
Dr. Priyanka Sahu- For Health & Medical
Fabiha Khan- For Beauty & Modeling

Exhibition

Manu 2 was an International Women Artists’ Exhibition. However, the women artists showed a great response in this event. More than 80 women artists participated in this show. So, the response of the women artists shows how they are excited about this event.

Event

Dr. Sunita was the chief guest of this event. She was the Convenor of the Fine Art Department of Bundelkhand University Jhansi. So, Dr. Sunita along with other guests inaugurated the event.
